Daily Pass: $35 (applications due 72 hours in advance)

Monthly Pass: $80 billed monthly

Annual Pass: $75 billed monthly (3-month non-refundable deposit required upon acceptance: $225)

The Residency Project is operated out of a private 1914 Craftsman bungalow and, therefore, there are certain inherent barriers in terms of accessibility:

There are 4 steps from the main walkway up to the residency house and 5 steps from the back porch down to the yard/garden. There is also a full staircase leading up to the studio.

TRP is a dog-friendly space for dogs under 35 lbs, subject to approval. By law, registered service dogs are permitted at no charge. Pets will incur an additional fee and proof of vaccinations will be required. As a courtesy to TRP’s permanent residents, we ask that co-working applicants disclose that they intend to bring a service dog or pet dog at the time of application.

TRP’s outdoor space is pup-friendly to doggos under 35 lbs. whose vaccinations are up-to-date and who get along well with others both on and off leash. We charge a $10 fee per day that you bring your dog, which helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for both dogs and humans. Pets are not allowed indoors nor on outdoor furniture.

Limit 1 dog per person.

Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their own dog. We provide a rake and scoop. BYO bags.
